Terms & Condition Of Booking
- In order to secure this booking, a reservation or confirmation must be received within 48hours.- Balance is to be fully settle 60 days prior to departure.- If the booking is within 60 days of your departure date the total balance is required when the booking is made-HOST shall maintain the flow of the itinerary prescribed in the contract documents. CLIENT must follow the instruction of the HOST in order to maintain the same and smooth operation of the itinerary.-The HOST provide services, in principle from 8amto 5pm. Request out of itinerary will be charge according on hourly basis.* The sequence of tour days might change or swap depending on any closure or disruption. Eg: if there is an overbooked cruise on the day 1 tour, therefore it will be swap with another day and replace the other day tour on that day.* CLIENT must ensure personal safety at all times. No feeding of animal and shall dispose rubbish in the bin.* Tour and departures timing are subject to change without prior notification due to weather conditions,unavoidable situation or safety concern. (we shall keep our best on time record)* Mahira Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. reserved the rights to change or replace any itinerary one at par if there are any unavoidable situation occurs.* Mahira Travels reserves the right to postpone, replace or call off any trips and packages in case of insufficient participants, natural hazard / disaster, risk of war or flight reschedules / cancellation by airlines on any departures* All personal belonging shall be kept safely and at own risk. Any lost or damages are not held in the responsible of the tour coordinator nor Mahira Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.* All credit/debit card payment method will be charge 1.5% bank charges from the total amount* Finally thank you for choosing us, we shall render our best possible service to you InsyaAllah
Refund & Cancelation Policy
All payments made for bookings are non-refundable unless on circumstances as below :* Cancellation due to illness/critical/death and anything related to health issues are to be submitted accordingly.As we are dealing with third parties as well, we would also need to undertake their terms and conditions respectively. However, as a kind gesture we take the responsiblity for all our valued clients to aid them in liasing with other parties involved, so that at least partial refund is granted.* Cancellation is not allowed for those who are not certain and do not have evidence of any critical matters.* Alternatively, refunds can be exchanged with future travel vouchers after minusing all related fees and expenses* As for air tickets, availability of refunds are based on the respective airlines' booking terms and conditions upon booking and is subject to variation as each airline has their own terms and conditions* If cancellation is made from our side due to not reaching minimum participants or due to flight cancellations and any other circumstances related to any lacking, a full refund will be made within 45 days, as we need time to also liase with involved teams and parties.
